Golden Globes 2017: Top Looks from the Red Carpet

The 74th Golden Globe Awards kicked off awards season with a red carpet that overwhelmingly offered romance and glamour. From lace to florals and layers of ruffles, the theme seemed prevalent on every gown that graced the celebrity arrivals.
