Stepping out of your comfort zone will push you to that place where challenge meets skill – and your skill will have to improve in order to succeed.
#2. Taking risks is actually energizing. Even though trying something totally new might feel weird and scary at first, taking that risk will also give you a bit of an adrenaline bump. When you’re trying something new and you feel that bit of challenge, your heart pounds, you get pretty excited and you may even start to sweat a bit. It’s good for you! Once you overcome the challenge, you’ll be flying high for the rest of the day.

You operate like a well-oiled machine knowing exactly what to do when. And, sometime you really can even accomplish your next task with your eyes closed. In some situations that’s great and it’s exactly what you want, but changing things up can be a good thing too. Reminding yourself how to think on your feet and make quick decisions keeps your mind working and operating in tip top condition.
#5. It will help you make the most out of life. We each only have one life to live, so why not make it the best it can possibly be? That means putting yourself out there and trying new things on for size, exploring the way others live and learning everything you can to make yourself a well-rounded individual.
