3 Refreshing Drink Recipes for Blueberry Month

#1. Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 large pear
  • ½ cup of grapes
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  1. Wash the pear thoroughly, and remove stem and seeds. Slice into appropriate sizes.
  2. Remove grapes from stem, and then wash grapes and blueberries thoroughly.
  3. Add pear, grapes and blueberries to juicer.
  4. Enjoy! Pour over ice, if desired.

#2. Pomegranate Blueberry Supercooler

Recipe credit: Sparkling Ice
  1. Mix all ingredients in a pitcher
  2. Pour into wine glasses
  3. Add a mint leaf garnish

#3. Festive Fruit Cubes

  1. Fill ice cube trays with sliced fruit
  2. Carefully pour Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore over the fruit to fill tray
  3. Freeze for 4-6 hours and serve in a glass with chilled Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG
