Nicole M. Williams is the change agent behind Nicole Williams Collective, LLC., providing practical tools for communicating effectively, building confidence and creating opportunities. After living her life based on other people’s expectations, Nicole found herself lost and confused. Fed up, Nicole channeled her frustration into a passion to help others know, articulate and position their value to live a happy, fulfilling life based on their own terms. Nicole’s life personally changed when she learned to position her value to truly get results. She believes that as you let your own lights shine, you unconsciously give others permission to do the same. And that VISION and VALUE when clearly articulated has a magnetic power which yields authority that drive positive outcomes. That’s why it’s Nicole’s desire and mission to help as many people as possible — especially women, to live and lead with confidence. Armed with this vision and expertise in branding, communications and marketing, Nicole has taken her passion for people, problem solving and words and packaged it into powerful content.
